I'm looking for a movie about a bully (girl) who almost kills this boy, she and her friends dump his body in the woods in some pipe thing and the police and stuff can't find him. She eventually caves (if i remember right) and tells them where he is, and he lives.

I think the movie started out in a party scene, maybe a graduation party. And the Bully wore a hat through a good part of the movie. Oh and at the end the boy is flying toy airplanes with the bully's younger brother.
