I'm looking for a console video game that came out sometime in the early-mid 90s. It's fairly colorful and if I remember correctly you could send letters and stuff and there was also some sort of shopping center. There may have been a character with some strange name like "Linoleum" or something like that. I believe it was made in the US, or at least an English speaking country.
Aaaugh, it's so frustrating! I actually found it through massive amounts of googling a few months back, but I completely forgot to bookmark the articles I found. I also forgot how I found it. It's something that habitually pops up and nags at me, I can't believe I didn't at least write down what it was...
