Delicious pork ribs!

I've been screwing around with this recipe, and I feel like it's really the tastiest pork I've EVER had - and this means alot, since I'm not usually a pork fan. So, here's a recipe for some BBQ pork ribs!

You will need -
3lbs of boneless country-style pork ribs
3 large onions
3 large Granny Smith apples
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
Salt and pepper

Slice the onions into rings, and scatter them on the bottom of the crock pot. Core the apples and chop coarsely, and place on top of the onions. Season the ribs and lay them on the top.

Cook on high for 4 to 4 1/2 hours, then carefully pour off as much juice as you can. Pour in the bbq sauce (yum) and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high. And then, stuff it down your throat!!

This has proven to be a good one for a casual party, or when I feel like crockpot food, but don't want to fuss around too much. I hope you all enjoy. :]
