Thanksgiving Ham

So, I'm having a Thanksgiving with friends at my apartment this year, and I know everyone will be tired of turkey by Saturday. I decided that I would make a ham instead, and I'm thinking of a 10 lb. ham for 9 people. I would like to try making it in the crockpot, since I don't have one of those upright ham rack thingies. I do have a roasting pan, so that is an option if I need. In any case, I was wondering if any of you had ever tried cooking a holiday ham in a crockpot (mine's a 6qt., the ham will fit, right?) and if you had any good recipes for it. I'm looking for a glaze, perhaps, or just something that will make it seem like I didn't just throw a ham in a crockpot to warm it.
