Reuben Dip ala CP

I don't eat meat but I make this for eone else. Huge Hit

2 pkgs Buddig Corn Beef or Pastrami. Cut into pieces
1 pkg cream cheese softened (I use the low fat)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream (I use the low fat)
pkg shredded swiss cheese
can of sauerkraut drained.

Mix it all in the CP and cook on low for 2 hrs or so. High for an hour or more.

Serve with Rye Triscuits or rye bagel chips or any rye cracker, even rye toast points.
