Here is my latest creation - monkey amigurumi!  I used to make these monkeys out of polymer clay and at a much smaller scale, so I just made them into amigurumis.  More pics at my blog.  Plushes available at my Etsy.

Hi! This is my first post, so... I'm Raffaella, a 16-year-old Italian girl x)
I've been crocheting for years, but I started making amigurumis just a couple of
months ago.

This was meant to be a monkey... xD Hence the banana bag. It turned into an owl after the body was made though -- for the simple reason of 'I forgot to do the arms correctly' afterwards. Whoops.... ^^;

Oh well.. it's still really cute :D This is the fifth ami I've done [I'll probably post a picture of my others once I get good shots of them :) ]

So I made my first amigurumi the other day. It was a commission by my sister for a goth-topus. And so, I took the pattern for the head of the lion brand octopus and the feets of the six legged octopus from crafster and made ( this )

I just finished the baby monkey that was giving me so much trouble.  She is a graduation gift for a girl I work with.  I love her so much, I don't want to give her away now!
