Somehow I think that they are mostly spam/scams where these folks will send me some fake check and then ask for change back or whatever on transporting her.

Called the vet at around 9:50 AM and got the go ahead to come pick her up. Since I'm at work, A is going to get her. We're supposed to take her back in either Thursday or Friday AM to have her drains/wicks removed and probably closed up. We just got the call from the vet. We were expecting to be able to take her home today, but the vet said it would be better for her to stay another night and get the wound care from the professionals. She came through the surgery really well, but the Doc said that there were multiple bite wounds on her tail and a huge amount of pus was drained. ( Read more... )

Going to have to go to the vet and pharmacy again tomorrow too! I picked up some Prozac for Precious. Snickers didn't get to come home because she gets to be knocked out under anesthesia, to have a abcess drained of pus from where Precious bit her. Then she'll be on antibiotics and likely have a wick sticking out of her to help with the drainage ( Read more... )
