I'm an insane cat mommy....
I just ordered this for Snickers, because the one carrier I have left is too small for her. Of course it's not going to arrive before her vet appointment on Saturday morning, so she'll be on the bus in a too-small plastic case.

The mailroom staffer dropped by my cube with my mail for today. It's usually experience reports from carriers / vendors for me to track / input and process for our techical services department. So she had her followup appointment at the vet this morning and A took her. She hasn't really been eating or drinking well since she came home from her weekend at the vet, and has been puking up the antibiotic pill (lovely yellow foamy mess). Apparently they had a staredown today which did not include hissing, yowling, or attacking, so there is progress of some kind. Precious is really trying to be Alpha Cat, and is preventing Snickers from getting to the litterbox, water and food, so there has been some shuffling of food dishes and escorted trips to the bathroom over the last few days ( Read more... )Kitty Update
So, Snickers and Precious are still getting to know each other. For the most part it's been ok, with only minor breaks of hissing and yowling. Snickers did manage to rip out a section of Precious' fur with her mouth (although there was no skin broken). I'm really hoping that with a house full of people Saturday and Sunday there won't be a kitty ( Read more... )
