So I got out in my garden today....for about a whopping 25 minutes.  Then I had to come in and rest.  Ah well, baby steps.......

I'm going to cut out linen today for undertunics, I figure that should wear me out in record time!  I don't know why I dread cutting stuff out so much but if I could get pre-cut material, I'd cheerfully pay extra for it!  ( Read more... )

Since today is cold and nasty (and oh Gods! I hope we're not going to have a repeat of last year's April!), I think I will spend time cutting out material for new garb for me and the Wonder Hubby.  I think my best bet will be to follow the Thorsberg trousers and Bocksten Tunic for Lachlan; for myself, I'm going to base my under and over tunics on ( Read more... )

Oh, I do so love it when the sun decides to shine!  And if you're lucky enough to get a temperature that allows you to go outside and return in with all your fingers and toes along with it, so much the better!!  So, I've been outside with my two idiot canine companions, enjoying the warmth and laughing at their lunacies.  I need more days like this ( Read more... )
