Tuesday night my phone crashed, it ran out of battery but When I switched it back on it went into an unbreakable cycle mode and nothing I tried stopped it. In the end I was forced to do a Factory Reset after removing the SIM and SD card which solved it. But then as I've no WiFi I had no access until today, to download the apps I need again. So infuriating no signal for 12 hours AGAIN. This is Absurd. It went down just before midday and returned a little after midnight. No Telephone, no Text and no Internet, this isn't good enough. My phone has been notorious over the years for stealing delivered texts, sometimes the whole message, sometimes replacing the message with one from years ago. This was blamed on the ancient Nokia 1100 I had, some 8 years old. When I changed the phone it continued occasionally so the SIM card got blamed. Finally I've done it. Oh well, today's carer's call combined lunch & tea with no warning :-/ Woke up to 'No Service' on the phone, 35 minutes via landline to Virgin taking me through everything, tried it in old phone & still nothing, still 'No Service' no phone, text or Internet.
