I had a lovely day yesterday hanging out with whiskeypants and xaosenkosmos (who gave me a Party Member Hello Kitty washcloth from China - LOVE.). Iowa is for lovers!

Congratulations to everyone who can soon join Sean and Tim in wedded bliss. Also, congratulations to Iowa on having more progressive courts than Washington, and for having a saner constitutional amendment process than California so this huge step forward is a lot harder to roll back.

Apparently I'm the only current/ex-Portland person on my friends list who didn't know Jess and Colin, whoever they are, and go to their wedding, but mazel tov to them anyway.

The wedding was wonderful and completely fanlain- and hukuma-esque. The party afterwards was one of the best damn parties I've been to, period.
