So all that wonderful shovelling yesterday has led to a myriad of aches and pains today. I am going to have a close personal relationship with my heating pad tonight.

We had our first serious winter storm. It snowed, then sleet, freezing rain, and more snow. I actually made it into work this morning, but we shut down at noon. And when I got home I had the joy of shovelling my driveway so that I could park my car. Too much exercise - I ache and am a bit sick from it. Oh well, c'est la vie ( Read more... )

I had a physical today. My doctor isn't exactly happy with the state of my health (with the exception of my losing some weight). So he's ordered a ton of tests. I'm going to have bloodwork out the wazoo, and some x-rays. Sounds wonderful, eh ( Read more... )
