I'm surprised at how well my return to work has gone. My boss still won't let me lift a finger - she keeps me at my seat doing research and projects like that. Which is more than fine with me. Today was rather nice. I got to take a nap. And I worked on the new DTAB. It's still a work in progress, but that's to be expected.

I've also barely been on Gallifrey Base all day. And you know what? I really didn't miss it all that much. I think once the DTAB is flowing well, I may pretty much disappear from there.

My son and I just got through watching Bedknobs and Broomsticks. I had forgotten how wonderful that movie was. We laughed all the way through ( Read more... )

Some really upsetting things at work today. First, one of my favorite co-workers had a dizzy spell related to some sugar problems and he fell over. The mister decided he was going to finish putting up the moulding in the living room today. Including the wall behind the entertainment center - without moving the entertainment center.
