Watched the first two episodes of True Blood tonight. My short, shallow take: not as pretty as BTVS, and not as well-written, and the accents are a little suspect at times, but boy, there's a lot more skin.

Buffy trudges into the castle foyer, trying to walk smoothly in Faith’s boots-worse, with Faith’s FEET-and sees her own face.

“Willow’s working on the katra, B,” says Faith.  “It’ll be about a week.”

Buffy sighs heavily.  “Why’d you have to be in Transylvania when the switch happened?”

“Tired?”

“God, yes.”

“Going to bed?”
