Judge has ordered the tapes of Libby's Grand Jury Testimony released. (See Here and Here). Libby's attorneys, of course, tried to block it. But really, if the jury is to determine if he lied to the Grand Jury, shouldn't it be an unquestionable deduction that they should actually hear what he said?
