My old boss called me today. I am not sure but I think she offered me a job at some point in the future.

I have been highly negligent of this journal lately. My schedule just hasn't allowed me to update as much as I once did.

The 1st Annual "Got Candy?" Masked Halloween Bash of Antioch is this Saturday. It starts around 6:00 pm and runs until everyone is gone. So yeah, sometime on Sunday. :) I will have the usual fare ie drinks, chips, and some ( Read more... )

My last closing today was interesting. I found out on the way there that the husband was just out of prison for attacking two policemen. Great. We get there early and while waiting for his wife to arrive he seems fine. During the closing he found out there was an insurance escrow and went nuts. I set up a closing for 5:00 am tomorrow morning.

With a bluetooth adaptor I have now turned this computer here at work in a bluetooth device. Then I set up a partnership with it and my phone and now I can synchronize the pda functions of the phone without having to use any cables. Nerd heaven ( Read more... )

I left the office around 3 pm yesterday as I was not feeling well. My stomach was bothering me. Of course since I had sat there quietly for about two hours, the phone began to ring with people needing stuff the moment I got home. We learned last night that the Pittsburgh festival that I have visited every Labor Day weekend since 2002 is shutting down. The festival is actually up for sale so it could return at some point. I will miss going up there to visit ( Read more... )
