My last closing today was interesting. I found out on the way there that the husband was just out of prison for attacking two policemen. Great. We get there early and while waiting for his wife to arrive he seems fine. During the closing he found out there was an insurance escrow and went nuts. He was yelling, cussing, throwing stuff, etc. I feared just a little for our safety.
Needless to say it did not close and we got out of there safely.
