Yesterday i had my testosterone blocker injection at 9.40am.

During the day I felt a bit light and had an upset stomach but otherwise mood was fine.

Calm. No big waves rocking my boat.

Slept well enough and today feel ok so far. Its 11.20am.

Thought of the morning:

Everything in moderation including moderation.
