Going to Chicago Monday with Dave. He is my is my boyfriend as of Junish of 2011. I haven't left the state in a while.I just took some videos of myself sings and had to delete every one. I'm in a weird place. Physically I'm at my per diem desk job. I listen to This American Life and watch videos of blood vessels. Its a strange relationship I share with my manager. I want to call it off!
I was having a discussion with a group of friends. A mutual friend had been writing an essay on living with out fear. After hearing just that basic description I said that a life with out fear sounds horrible. And it does. Why go on living? High Blood Pressure
So I went to the doctor's last week 4 month's after an appointment at which my blood pressure was high. During that 4 months I stopped adding salt to food (just used tons of black pepper) and when i ordered pizza for my boyfriend and myself, we opted for salads as an appetizer instead of fries or onion rings, along with many other things.
