American Gangster: Good movie, well directed, although the script has a few corny moments. Great cast with a ton of cameos including the RZA and Stringer Bell from The Wire.
No Country For Old Men: Amazing. Funny, scary, incredibly suspenseful-- the strongest Coen brothers movie since Fargo. The best movie I've seen in the theater since The Departed. This is one to see on the big screen.
Unrelated-- this morning I was watching Good Morning America, and I realized that it's taped across the street from my office. If you watch GMA you may be able to see me walking to work. Look for the surly guy with large headphones.
