A great alternative to traditional nanaimo bars - takes about 1/2 hour to make, and another couple hours to thicken in the freezer. Quick and easy!

Late tonight, I'll be making a batch of Krusteaz Key Lime Bars as a Christmas surprise for my boyfriend, who has been craving something lime. All I have to add to the mix is 1/3 cup of water and 3 eggs. I don't keep eggs in the house and I don't have access to Ener-G Egg Replacer. When baking, I replace eggs with cornstarch.
