Hello!
Over the weekend I made this punch:
Ingredients
4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
3 1/2 quarts water
12 whole cloves
4 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
3/4 cup orange juice
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups sugar
Directions
In Dutch oven or large kettle, combine cranberries, water, cloves and cinnamon. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 12-15 minutes. Strain cooked juice through fine sieve or cheese cloth, squeezing gently. To strained juice, add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Serve piping hot.

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/fresh-cranberry-punch/ It was really tasty, but I saved the cranberry solids after I strained the juice, because it seemed like such a waste to throw 'em out! Any ideas of what I could do with it? I have about a cup and a half of boiled cranberries. I was thinking I could put them in some sort of muffin, bread, or scone. I also have some of the leftover punch, if that would help any. Thoughts?
