Is anyone else here making any pickles or preserves for gifts this year? I would like to make hot sauce (among other things) and I was hoping someone might have a recipe to recommend.

(I'm sorry this isn't entirely vegan-specific, but this is the most active food community I'm part of. My apologies if this is off-topic!)
