(Vegan) Thai Coconut Milk?
My favorite Thai restaurant serves a type of tea that is delicious and that I've been trying- in vain- to
replicate at home. Does any of you know how to make (vegan) hot coconut tea? I think it's more of a latte
because it is very rich and creamy and is the same colour of a mocha latte- but there's no caffeine here.
Any suggestions how to make it? Should I use coconut milk or dried coconut?
