vegan italiano -- favourites?
I just got my Valentine's Day present in the mail from my mom, and she sent me some nut bars, dark chocolate, and a copy of Vegan Italiano! I'm looking for something to make for my boyfriend on Friday night, and I was wondering which pasta dish is your favourite, if you own the book. (I love new cookbooks, and I can't wait to try this one out.) If you have any other favourites, feel free to recommend those as well! Thanks in advance.
