So, back to 1917?
There hardly is a chance to post info about all those people who got arrested, convicted or whatever else, just for their political thoughts and general believes, which they posted online or said/showed in some public place. Russian dances are not allowed in Moscow, BUT...
Suppose everybody knows that "Moscow guests" such as groups from Caucasus areas and others are free in showing off their traditions and their dance "lezginka" in particular wherever and whenever they feel - on the city streets, roads, squares, inside universities, metro and so so on... If you have not seen that YET, just google or check youtube.
