The weather is unusually warm here this weekend; it feels more like late March or April than early February. The sun is shining through the haze, the winds are calm, and daytime temperature reaches 12 degrees centigrade. It is positively mild. Luckily for us, this good weather has coincided with some flying. ( A2A (19 pics) )

Got my hands on some of the images I've taken earlier this month. They are, as usual, of somewhat poor quality; that's mainly due to the fact they've been taken through glass (or acrylic, as the case may be).

One of the main reasons why I love autumn is the sunsets. Luckily, my window is facing towards the north-west, so on less cloudy days, I get to enjoy them to the full. The below image doesn't do the real scenery much justice, but nevertheless... ( A Day's Fiery Finale )

Yesterday evening, myself and superexposed have had some coffee at Café Tin Tin Tango in Töölö, where I also had a (severely) scaled-down version of ploughman's lunch. Thence we proceeded to Kuu Kuu in Museokatu (also in Töölö), where some drinks were to be had. Just finished a four-day detour to Germany (Bristol-LHR-TXL-Dresden (and various places in that region)-TXL-HEL-OUL). Logistically, it went near perfectly, and the weather was excellent (if not slightly too hot at times). Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed it (thoroughly is a very fitting word, I think).
