Judge Vaughn Walker just released his decision, ruling that PROP 8 IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Thank goodness for that. Obviously it's gonna get pushed into the appeals court and possibly all the way up to the supreme court, but I'm still glad that the mistreatment of fellow human's right to happiness just because they're un-traditional is not standing ( Read more... )

To much stuff and food, still not enough family/friending.  I got's swag!!  A beautiful small pile that's just right. Good friends of mine got married Saturday... And I laughed as I write this, trying to sound like I'm special, which I'm not since majority of the people who read my journal are people who were at that event, and or ARE the married couple. So no real surprise going on here!
