1st shift (breakfast): Harvey wakes up and ends up getting sedated, so he's led to breakfast where he stares off in a drug-induced haze.
2nd shift (sun room): Harvey meets Indiana Jones, who tries to explain Landel's to him. Harvey believes very little of what the man says, but he gets some information nonetheless.
3rd shift (lunch): Harvey speaks with Leon Magnus, and they quickly get into an argument.
4th shift (music room): Harvey has a chat with Scourge and remains skeptical about the danger of nightshift.
5th shift (dinner): Harvey has a very brief meeting with his roommate, Godot.
NIGHT 39
- Harvey gets going to see what the institute is like at night.
- Through hallways.
- Heading toward the main hallway.
- He attempts to open a door and fails.
- Upon seeing two patients fighting, he flips a coin to decide where or not to get involved -- and ultimately doesn't.
- Once tracking back to the Sun Room, he takes the opposite door into the Entry Room.
- In the room, he gets 'attacked' by a rotting horse monster which causes him to have a very vivid and disturbing hallucation which lasts until the night ends.

- Once there, he watches a fight between a bunch of patients and some dogs unfold. He intends to go inspect the corpses once the group moves on, but doesn't get the chance.

Harvey asks a lot of questions about the monsters and then the conversation degenerates into some bickering, but Harvey at least gets to spend time with like-minded people.
2nd shift (courtyard): Harvey and Indiana Jones speak again; Harvey is more receptive to talking to him this time. They brainstorm how they're knocked out each night and then talk weapons. Harvey finds out that someone in the institute has a gun.

1st shift (bus ride): Harvey has a very short talk with Recluse on the bus ride to Doyleton.
2nd shift (hal's used cars): Harvey ends up at the car lot, trying to figure out how he might be able to steal one, but gets interrupted by Scourge again. Depth Charge jumps in and Harvey is privy to the face-off between him and Scourge.
3rd shift (morris park): After finding a message left for him on the town bulletin, Harvey meets up with Jason and tells him that he found a pipe the night before. They plan to meet up in the coming night to scout out a place where they can take Batman.

- Zombies attack!! Harvey ends up with Indy and Franziska. While he's all for heading for the sheriff's office in search of guns, Fran drags them to the pet store so she and Indy can go look for whips.
- On the way there, a car speeds past them and Harvey loses his bandages in front of Indy for the first time. They move into the store nonetheless.
- A zombie attacks them in the store, but Harvey mainly sits back through it. He flips a coin to decide whether to help or not, and gives no aid when it comes up bad-heads. Once Indy and Fran find makeshift whips (dog leashes), they leave again.
- Once outside, they go through some quick introductions and Harvey finds out that Fran is a lawyer. He then takes action and decides they're heading toward the sheriff's office.

- Which culminates in him being confronted by a ghost of Rachel as he climbs the stairs. He brushes it off when Jason asks about it and they move on.

- As they reach the closet, they realize that Kuukaku and Edgar are also trying to get in. There's a brief argument and some feathers are rustled, but Harvey is distracted by hearing Rachel's last words.
