Invocatio is performing tonight at Patrick's Cabaret as a part of Raqs NOX: My Zombie Valentine, an evening of gothic bellydance (with zombies) presented by Mourning Doll Playhouse. The show starts at 8:00 pm, and tickets are $8 at the door (but only $5 for zombies).

Should be fun.

Durga Tour: The problem at Sabathani was cleared up when someone there realized that, no really, you can't just charge more after you accept the contract and cash the check. If you haven't already run across it, a few folks were arrested in Minneapolis last Saturday night (7/22) for, well, dressing up like zombies and carrying bags with wires.All six were booked into the Hennepin County jail under a post-9/11 Minnesota statute making it a felony to "simulate weapons of mass destruction."
