Felt like a change of scenery today so me and mum went to Devizes. It's in a different direction to Chippenham and takes longer to get to, but it's a nice town with more shops than Calne. Many more ( Read more... )

So, here's how it went...

I had an appointment at 12:30 today which ended at 1pm. The movie started at 2:15. I decided at the time to catch the bus at twenty to two, which would give me plenty of time to get to Chippenham and to the cinema.

Big mistake.

I made it!

This morning I woke up feeling anxious about the whole thing which is natural considering I haven't been to Chippenham town centre for about a year and  half. All the way there I felt on edge and ready to just get off the bus, but something, I don't know what, kept me on until we reached the bus station. Getting off didn't ease my stomach ( Read more... )

 This morning I really did not want to get on the bus. I had to meet my mum at the bus stop, which was different. When I got there I really didn't feel good and I knew it was just nerves, but a part of me did wonder if it was something else. It wasn't. And today we reached the Lysley Arms. This means nothing to a lot of people, but let's put it this way. Calne is 6 miles from Chippenham and today just before the bus stop I saw a sign that said Chippenham 2 miles. But all you really need to know is I got to the next bus stop on from the one last week.
