The UK is due to reach another level of P.C. as of October; new legislation is being brought into effect that means "age discrimination" by employers is now illegal.
Employers should not:

• Ask a potential employee for their date of birth
  
• Request a complete work / academic history
  
• Ask for start and/or end dates of past employment / study

Okay, so it is a really small and meaningless use of a photograph - however - in this month's Pharmaceutical Field, appears an ickle 1.5" photograph of our new CHASE building. The photograph was taken by myself!

I am back at work today; we work on English bank holidays rather than Scottish ones, as most of our business is down south.

Friday at work was a wee bit hectic; we were down to only three (out of seven), and the phones were going non-stop. Oh well, that was a bit stupid. It was also Laura's birthday, so we had pizza, which made my life easier afterwards.
I slept after work, had some soup, and a fudge pud. Went out to Steve's birthday.

Saturday; played rounders in the Meadows with Paula, Colin, Heather, Graham, and others. One of Paula's friends' had a kid, of I think about 4 years of age, who "adopted" me - we were walking along the pavement, with me striding slightly ahead of others, when she runs up behind me & tugs at my elbow.
