The exam season is upon me, and as per usual I am incredibly anxious and generally stressed. Hence the being awake at 6:47am, worry feeling like a physical thing inside me, a physical presence behind me trying to spur me on.

Okay. So I was driving home from Hemel Hempstead last night, bored, alone, upset.

How long is one supposed to suffer from anxiety for?

I appreciate that something like this isn't going to have a definite answer. But I can't keep feeling like this for the rest of my life.
