Did you know that there is a difference between italicized periods and non-italicized periods? It's noticeable if you know to look for it. I think I'm getting sick. Sigh.

I have found an apartment that will work. Need to get the paperwork in and see if we can get the one we want (top floor).

My thesis is turned in. I have two nice copies of it sitting here next to me.

Still packing.

Thesis has been submitted to the library. Once it is approved, I can print out the copies I need and take them to the bindery. At which point, in seven days when the bindery delivers them, I will be done with my Master's degree.

EEEEEEEEE!

Two good things today.

1) I have the signed acceptance sheet for my thesis.
2) I have my format check for my thesis scheduled for tomorrow.

I am almost there when it comes to my thesis. WOO!

I cannot believe that my committee members are now bickering over the title that goes on the spine of my thesis. No matter how many alternate suggestions they give me, it has to be 76 characters including spaces. No I can't spell out "high resolution" and make it fit. I got a call about a phone interview in the DC area while at lunch. Going to return that as soon as I get done with the maps for my part time job.

Even better, I got the comments back on the final draft of my thesis a whole week early from the final committee member. I am glad I was sitting down, because otherwise I would have fainted from shock. ( Read more... )
