- Decide you need a snack. Now. - Realise there are no chips or anything comparable in the house - Find a pack of sunflower seeds - Throw them into a pan without fat - Add salt, pepper and chicken spice - Roast for approx. 3 minutes on high - NOM!

Snack: Triskets, Cream Cheese and Olives. Yum! I tend to put 2 olives on each trisket. :)
Dessert: Toasted Blueberry waffles and ice cream. Great little ice cream sandwich and can easily be made into a sundae by adding fudge and whipped cream!! :)
