I have slept so well the past two nights... and I napped. It's been good and I feel a lot better for it.

I woke up about half an hour ago... just a little more.

I went to bed about 2am.

I so needed the sleep. So I may have sacrificed the morning to it unexpectedly as opposed to being useful and productive.
