And I'm going with Elle - Jason (genderbent, maybe, but the characterisation works)
.. Also, if Hotchner's 'Bruce', does that make Jack 'Damian'? Because that doesn't work currently but could totally be made to - absentee and somewhat too self-controlled father, dead mother, and brushes with violence, danger and horror in his early childhood development. Not sure if that quite lives up to Damian's issues but it could make Jack a hell of a candidate for disturbed child.
And Rossi - ... Alfred. He holds them all together, mostly.
