Well, that was the kind of fun that wasn't. Brian had his first full out tantrum today. Well, first I've seen. He's been fussy, and upset, and stubborn, and all that, of course. But this was the first time I've seen him in a flat out, spralling across the floor, feet thumping, screaming at the top of his lungs kidna tantrum. ::sighs:: And good lord, can that kid scream. I meen, he can hit high notes when he's happy or upset, but his actual screaming screams, wow, how he manages to get not only volume, but how he hits multipul pitches at once it's incredible. I sware, if you just heard the sound, you'd think it was at least two or three kids all hitting difrent notes together. Incredible.
Well, instead of dewlling on that, I think instead I'll post the due South's Eleventh of March insperational speach from Call Of The Wild part two. I know this won't meen much to any of you, but this was probably one of my favorate scenes in all four seasons, and I think of it every year at this time. This is the first time since, what, '03 that I've had a journal to post it in, though, so here ya go. Buck Frobisher's Eleventh of March Speach:
They have called this day The Eleventh of March! And whom-so-ever of you gets through this day, unless you are shot in the head or somehow slain...you will stand at tiptoe...when e'er you hear the name again, and you will get excited!...At the name March The Eleventh!
We happy few, we few, we band of brothers...our names will be as like...household names. And those who are not here, be they sleeping or… doing something else...They will feel themselves...sort of crappy. Because they are not here to...to join the fight. On this day, the Eleventh of March!
