Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett says a state legislative staffer wanted to engage in sex acts with a teenage boy while dressed in a panda costume. On March 31 Bruce Barclay, the Republican commissioner of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, was accused of rape by William McCurdy, 20. He will not be added to the list of gay Republican sex offenders for the rape charge because on April 10 the rape charges were dropped.
