This month had a very cool challenge again at somein30: Icon Crossing. You were supposed to create "child" icons out of two randomly chosen parent icons (my complete list of 20 parent pairs is here). I didn't manage all 20, but a good portion.

This month's theme at monthlyinspo is LGBT, and you have to icon LGBT characters or persons. I hope you'll forgive me for iconing two Chinese shows which are always only implicitly LGBT - but making officially forbidden content like that in China takes courage, and they did their best (and Guardian became a cult show for that very reason).
