14 icons for somein30's December round: Icon Crossing
This month had a very cool challenge again at somein30: Icon Crossing. You were supposed to create "child" icons out of two randomly chosen parent icons (my complete list of 20 parent pairs is here). I didn't manage all 20, but a good portion.

The first two columns are the parent icons randomly chosen for me by jsfunction, the third (and in one case, fourth) icons are the ones I made new for this challenge.
I used Extra Hard Mode: At least one screencap choice must be inherited from one of the parents.
Option 1 - inherit only the screencap from the image provider parent and (some aspects of) the technical style from the other parent, OR
Option 2 - create a mix of the technical styles of the parent icons, like in Hard mode, and on top of that also use the screencap from one of the parents.
I tried to stick to Option 1, but I slipped into Option 2 in some of the cases. The styles I tried to incorporate are listed below the pairs.

I actually only made those two to prove that they're boring. :D The parent icons were so similar in composition that I couldn't really flip around anything but the coloring and a slight difference in crop, and the caps don't really work that well with the new coloring.

ALTS:
The Chinese character on 13 (and the alt) is "Wang", Wang Pangzi's last name.
