• Got some work done.
• Got myself a bit more organized.

Since getting home:

• Fed Ista her 7pm sprinkle of kibble.
• Had supper.
• Restarted the MacBook Air and found that iPhoto seems, finally, to have assimilated all the pix. (See "How long does iPhoto take...", "still running...", and "after 30.5 hours...")

• my cat, Ista, who keeps me company as I go to sleep and wakes me up at 7 to feed her. (Then I close the door on her and go back to bed.)
• being alive
• all of my wife's love that is still with me, though she is gone from life

Well, prefaced with not getting to sleep last night till 3 AGAIN...

Up (but not awake) around 7:30 or 8 long enough to

• use the room of necessity
• feed the cat
• have a small snack or drink, I don't even remember what
• go back to bed
