Birthday

I had a pretty low key birthday. Mom and I were going to go to the Brass Mill Center while Grammie had a hair appointment and then go to lunch, just the three of us, but then her hairdresser was sick, so we just went to lunch. Mom had mentioned this sandwich place the she and Grammie went to recently, but she didn't mention it was really a Panini place, otherwise I might not have picked it. But we ate there, and the panini I had was pretty good. Turkey and brie and apple butter (and a little bit of arugala). And we split a slice of cake for dessert, but it had been sitting for a while, so it was a little stale. But it had lemon mousse filling, so it was alright.
After we dropped Grammie back home, we stopped at Costco because Mom wanted to get something for a lady at her church that just had a baby, including meat to make her a pot roast. We weren't there for very long, and then I was home for the rest of the day. Mom made potato pancakes for dinner, and we had more cake, so it was all good. And Dave called not too long ago, so all in all, it was a good birthday.
