...but I think I have actually become somewhat valuable to my customer's customer. It's more complicated than that but I think my position may remain if for no other reason than that. I set out to become valuable to them and I have. Now, to stay this valuable as the world changes.

I sent my letter of resignation to my Boss for SaskTel. I am officially going back to school, with little to no turning back. I gave my 9 weeks notice; the rest, will be up to me to pull off

But I've been offered a permanent position at SaskTel. My probation is over; I have the job, and job security with it.

Of course that doesn't mean I'm going to accept it. Eventually I'm going back to school. I'll have to figure a way out how to manage this.

I am now an employee of SaskTel, about to start my training tomorrow morning. I will be working as internet/technical telephone support. Unfortunately they made me sign a contract saying I wouldn't talk about it; but the pay is really good (~18.67$/hr), far better than what I would probably get otherwise(closer to 2$/hr), so I've unfortunately had ( Read more... )

I have reached the 6th level of screening for a job in SaskTel. I have another interview next week, and by the sounds I may have scored high enough to be put in a position higher than the one I applied for. Maybe.
