Apparently the federal government would now like to extend the money for abstinence-only to groups aiming for 20-somethings:

Sen. George Allen (R-VA), in a fairly tight re-election race with Democratic candidate Jim Webb, called the Webb oppo staffer following him "macaque" while on a campaign stop.
