Jogging is easily the most boring sport, but not if you're with the right company. Went for a quick run around the neighbourhood with my little sister and somehow it's more bearable when you see your little sister's flat ass in front of you. Haha! What can I say man, competition is a natural among sisters, aye? :p

I have found a new work out routine.

Friends whom have met Cookie knows how much trouble I have in walking him. Cookie is just so bloody hyper! The simple act of taking out the leash gets him barking non-stop in excitement.
