Drabble: Matins (Wanted; Fox/Cross)
The idea came from an old story by orange_crushed called "The River" (here at the pit of voles). Spoilers for the movie, Wanted.
Fox and Cross. PG. There is an afterlife.
It's fall and dusk.
And no one is walking
along the road.

I've come across it in several reviews for Wanted now: what is with this looms of fate business? Isn't it a bit arbitrary that a fraternity of assassins started out from being weavers? Well, not arbitrary at all, if you knew anything about Greco-Roman mythology. I haven't seen Wanted yet, but I imagine that the idea for the fraternity came from the ( Read more... ) -
