I few days ago, I realized something.  For the first time in a long time, I am almost happy with the way I look.  It is a HUGE shift for me, because for so long I was so unhappy(I didn't even realize how unhappy I was).  It doesn't means that I will become an exhibitionist, but I'm not nearly as obsessive about getting on the scale every morning, ( Read more... )
