Cable still wasn't much of a fan of reading but needs must he supposed. If his choice was between reading and not having any access to new information, well that was no choice at all. Riku makes a date with Dairine for Valentine's Day, and much to his relief (even though he won't admit it) his offerings of flowers and a poem are accepted. The two then go for a walk along the beach at sunset. There is much kissing, followed by dash through the woods for some making out in an abandoned tree house.
