Before I ate lunch today, I scheduled a 3:20 appointment with a doctor to find out what to do about my sore throat. Oh, joy. I've burnt out my throat. I apparently did far too much talking at Chorus last night, even though I refrained from singing. I also ran my humidifier, but felt worse in the morning instead of better.
